Booking Policy at L'essence Salon

1. No Show
In order to respect the time we reserve to our clients and our stylists, we would appreciate your consideration and that you notify us in advance. We do not tolerate missed appointments without notice. 
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please understand that our time is very valuable for us, just as our time is valuable for our clients. If for any reason you have to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. In the case where a cancellation occurs more than two times, we will place a $50.00 cancellation fee to your account. This cancellation fee must be paid in full before rescheduling your next appointment. 
3. Service Redo
At l’essence Salon we take pride in the services we offer our clients, and guarantee satisfaction. We do not offer any refunds for any services however; if you are unsatisfied with your service please call our salon and let us know of your concern within 7 days from the date your service was done as per our salon policy. The redo can only be rescheduled with the same stylist that did the service. 
4. Children Policy
We kindly ask that if your child is not receiving a service, that they do not accompany you during your visit, due to the limited space that we have at our salon and for the safety of your child. This allows our stylists to give you their undivided attention whilst providing you with an exciting experience at our salon. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Retail Products
Unfortunately our retail products are non-refundable however; we can do an exchange if the product has not been opened or defective within 10 days of the date of purchase.
